    Organisers open the start window shortly before ten and according to the optimistic weather forecast they declare 100 kilometers long task which spans four turning points. But the weather works against, sadly.

 In the air

    On the first two parts of the route, where pilots have to fly under dark clouds along the mountain ridge, the first ten of them fall behind. The rest of them fight for the strong wind and it proves clearly after the third turning point is overflown that reaching the goal is impossible today.

    The winner of today's task Robert Bernat from Germany lands at 72nd kilometer, leaving Czech Frantisek Pavlousek just 500 meters behind him and a couple of Rudiger Gordnes from Germany and Stephane Drouin from France lands 600 meters behind the second pilot.

    Nothing changes on the first positions in total ranking of the competition after this day. Swiss pilots Christian Maurer and Bruno Arnold are always in the lead, Slovenian pilot Primoz Podobnik stays tightly behind them.

    Because of landing on the leg between the second and third turning point Petra Krausova fell one position down in total ranking of PWC 2006 and Swiss girls Karin Appenzeller and Anja Kroll moved ahead of her. Tomas Brauner holds his third position in total ranking of PWC 2006, Christian Maurer is the first and Gregory Blondeau the second. But who knows what will happen tomorrow...
